I am Anne-Laure Meunier, therapist, psycho-practitioner and coach specializing in stress and anxiety management.

My vision is simple: change starts with a big YES.

Doing things differently and evolving little by little. All this requires a little courage and a bit of motivation! Also, because your time and money are precious, it is necessary to take a moment to choose the professional who suits you—the right person with whom you will feel completely confident. The one who will know how to listen to you, understand you, support you and (re)motivate you while respecting your needs and your pace.

My approach was born from a simple observation: water offers incomparable benefits for physical, emotional and mental well-being. After years of observation, experimentation and reflection, I wanted to create a transformational approach through innovative treatments and practices.

"Initially, I was quite skeptical about this type of practice. However, I wanted to try something different before resorting to medication. As a last resort, I experimented with hypnosis and sophrology with Mrs. Meunier for persistent sleep issues (multiple night awakenings and insomnia). I had some doubts and apprehensions, but from the start, I felt at ease and was pleasantly surprised by the results. "I decided to try hypnosis, although it’s the least appealing therapy to me, mainly to cut down on smoking (I haven’t yet decided to quit :-)). Anne-Laure is dynamic, caring, and passionate about her work, quickly establishing trust with clear explanations to guide us along our journey. I decided to reduce the number of cigarettes per day, and since our session, I’ve kept on track and am even smoking less. To stay on the right path, I keep a log: I note each cigarette (on paper at home or on my phone when out). Before meeting her, I could smoke up to 15 or even 20 a day; now, I average around 10, sometimes 8, depending on the day. Now, I feel that the desire is lessening since some cigarettes no longer feel as necessary, so I’m really paying attention to when I feel like smoking. Today, hypnosis speaks to me more because I see results; at least, I’m achieving the goal I set for myself while planning to reach the next one – maybe reducing to only five a day or quitting altogether?
